Our regular monthly Real Estate Investor Seminar is being held on Monday April 12th, 2010 instead of Tuesday April 20th. This is due to the fact that government mortgage rules have changed and as of April 19th, 2010 CMHC will only insure rental properties with 20% down whereas now you can get CMHC coverage with only 5% down.
This means you as an investor need to come up with a lot more money down! And as investors we like to leverage as much as possible to spread the money and increase our CASH on CASH Return.
